Raodmaster active suspension

Anyone tried it?

I have big slide-in camper which goes 5k #'s. Just touching the overloads sitting still. Truck tends to porpoise on undulating highways.

I don't think they belong on a diesel, maybe a ricer, or 1/2 ton truck.I've seen them at the truck stores, and can not see what a little goffy looking spring (looks like a short version of a garage door spring) would do for a large truck. I would say the air bags would been a much wiser investment.

I've been running the roadmaster system for close to 3 years now.

You have to remove the overloads to get it to fit. It does nothing to help the load carrying ability as far as I can see; probably the same as the overloads, themselves.

It does do a good job of improving the ride.

My vote would also go to air bags for control of heavier loads.
