Ram 3500 drw 4x4 fiver fit

Is there anyone out there with a 03-04 3500 DRW 4X4 pulling a 281 EFS Cougar Fiver? I am Considering buying a truck & Fiver like this. Springs on Fiver are already on top of axel. What is the minimum bed rail clearance that is suggested? Anyone with information on a truck & fiver like this would be appriciated.

Re:Ram 3500 drw 4x4 fiver fit

We have a 03 3500 srw 4X4 pulling a 295 Cougar 5th wheel. If I am not mistaken the srw and drw are the same box hight on the 03,s. Our Cougar sets high from the factory and box clearence is not a problem.
