New To Hauling

I have a 93 F-250 7.3L Turbo Diesel 4x4 Long bed just set up with 23k 5th wheel, gooseneck and 6-10k tongue hitch. I would like to get information to keep myself legal and safe. 1) Max wieght limit for the hitch and tow. 2) Type of tires to use on truck. 3) License type. 4) Insurance. 5) Additional safety concerns I should know about.
Thank you.

I think if you read some of these post you'll find your anwsers, insurance can get spendy cargo insurance will cost in the $2500-$3500 per year range for $100,000.00 coverage, and you will need comerical coverage on your equipment.
If you dont have a CDL its a good idea to get a class A,, the 26000 GVW is the max combined weight of all equip you can pull without a CDL but states have differant limits so check your states laws.
Are you going to be crossing state lines,if you are then its a whole new ball game...ICC..DOT #.....good luck
