Need Help ! Got a 2001 CTD 24 valve Have been lossing power going down the road appx 50mph to the floor . I let up and press the pedal again and it is ok for a while . Changed the fuel filter, ran injector cleaner , took it off the super chip , better but still something wrong . Bad fuel pump ? 60,000 miles Any ideas ?

 

might be lift pump check your fuel pressure

 

Might be the TPS or possibly what they call the potentiometer mine just went out but symtoms were a little different

 

check yer codes but ill tell ya right now yer vp is on its way to the junkyard in the sky fella. start savin yer pennies.
it might be today or next month or maybe til ya get tired of feathering the pedal all the time like i did...ibut its over.
