Looking for Horse Trailer - BP, 3H-Slant
I'm afraid you're gonna be limited to a steel trailer as well. If you can find an aluminum in that price range, it will be a little rough around the edges. You should be able to find a quality steel bp in that range though. I'd go ahead and get the bigger trailer. It will have better marketability later. I used to pull steel trailers too. One thing about a steel, if like me you cant weld alum., you can put all kinds of handy little dealios on there, blanket racks, hay rack, hooks, tie rings, boot rods, panel brackets......

If you can get your horse in here without freaking out, then you can get your horse in anything... I also have experience with these trailers and they litterally sound like a pop can. I was amazed on how "loud" these trailers are when loading up... theres just nothing to em
just me .02

Looking at that trailer, I'd have to agree it will probably be rather loud and uncomfortable from teh horses veiw.....
Look for something with some padding or mats on the sidewalls and dividers. Makes the trailer more 'solid" to the horse and much more comfortable. If he starts disliking riding in the trailer, you'll start having loading problems and if ya know horses, ya know how much fun that can be.......
