Thats ONLY if the trailer is adjusted to teh correct ride height to teh truck..
The gooseneck of the trailer should be within a degree or two of parallel to the truck body, many folks dont know or dont bother with this, but the angle of the gooseneck in relation to the truck will greatly effect what percentage of the total load is on the trailer tires or on teh truck...
think about and you'll figure it out...

My heaviest in the bed load was about three thousand pounds. Books, tools and other house hold goods. Towing not all that heavy single car tag trailer with a full size Buick RoadMaster on it.

12 pallets of ceramic tile @ 2,800 lbs per pallet. GCW was approximately 50,400 lbs. Only took it 3 miles.

56,560lbs gross with 2 gravity boxes of soybeans. I only pulled it across the scale and another 100 yards or so to where it needed to be unloaded. Glad I didn't have to take it down the road....once it was moving it didn't want to stop.

It is not 10-15% for a gooseneck. That is bumperpull. For a single drive axle gooseneck/5th wheel is approx. 25%.

Black diesel, do you have any idea what that load weighed? What did you use to load it? How far is Omaha from Leadhill?
