Yes you can. Check your area for spring and axel dealers.
My '99 came with the "camper package", and has two overload springs on each side. It sure stiffens up real nice when it's loaded heavy.

Try installing a set of Ride-Rite Air Bags. They only run about $200 and take about 2hours to install. With them you can then change the ride height and ajust it to the load so you don't get the harsh ride form springs on an empty truck
