Backup Cameras

I am working on geting a backup camera. Comming up on boating season, I will need something to help me back this rig up. My driveway is at a good angle (Up slope 20-25%). Backing up, stopping, getting out and stopping is a real pain. Most of my time is daylight but I believe a IR camera will be a must. During the season, I will need to put the trailor in one stall, disconnect and park elsewere, day or night...............Look I understand the perspective will be left to the operator. I would like to get a camera, mount it right next to the trailor mount, under the bumper. If I could get a useable system night or day that could back up to a boat trailor, let me know. I figure I may even be able to monitor the passenger side tires on the trailer.

this would work well. http://www.mobilevideo4less.com/Merc...t_Code=RVC4000. Dont think you will find a chep infared camera. you could do a black and white. they have a lower lux rating than color but oyur not backing up without lights right? id go with this light and place a cheap add on fog light of some sort next to it.

if the majority of the towing will be a boat, I'd mount it somewhere other than the bumper. Sooner or later, under the bumper will get wet, very wet.

You can do much better than that on eBay. Just do a search for "backup camera" and then click on eBay Motors. Here is the one I am probably going to get when the time comes. The camera does pretty much everything and is part of a complete system.

Also, here's a short tutorial on backup cameras. He sells them on eBay, but it seems to make a lot of sense.
