Airbags with a lift kit?

If I were to lift my truck, would I have to get rid of my bags? I know I can buy the spacers, but are they worth it an reliable? Anybody done this before? Thanks.

When I lifted my Chevy I picked up 3" tapered spacers that matched the lift blocks. Tightened up all the bolts drove it for a week and rechecked all the bolts. Haven't had any problems in 3 years.

Just bought a complete new set up with the spacers. I will be installing next week. I'll pull with it for the first time the day after Christmas. I'll let you know what I think about the spacers. I could not afford the long travel air bags.

I have RideRite airbags, they(RideRite)make spacers to go under the bags to accomodate lifts. I installed a 4 1/2" lift, purchased the spacers, it all worked great.

Do you buy a spacer to match the inches of your lift or is it a different size?

I bought the same size spacers as the lift in the rear. I won't know for sure if they are right until everything comes in on Wednesday.
