We are full-timers. Our "home" weighs around 17K. We are 25,500 combined rollin down the road. Heavy enough for ya?
I have a couple pics over in my gallery at TDR.

Isn't the maximum towing capacity for a duelly long base about 16,000#??? I know for my 05 4x4 swb it's just under 13,000#, are you guys towing over what the manufactur lists???

How much can you safely tow with a 3/4 ton cummins?

Ya but there are alot of thing you can do to improve that. For instance I have very large airbags, 3 inch traction bars, my goosneck hitch crossmember bar is an inch thick, I have a dd clutch.

you can safely tow what you can safely stop and safely control.

I've had 18k behind mine, not too smart on the factory hitch, but need to get it done. the newer trucks have bigger better brakes, including discs all around. exhaust brakes help controlling that much. but, if in an accident, guaranteed someone is going to look at GCVW and what you are towing, and then you are toast.

I tow 38,000lbs combined. And 23,000 regularly. Its enough to keep your attention where it needs to be. But with good brakes all the way around, trailer included, you can get it stoped when you need it.

You da man.

I was 18,200 (combined) first time over the scales with the 5'er. By these guys standards I should have an F150.
