2 car trailer

I am planning on moving to AZ soon and need to move 2 cars out there. One for me and another for a friend. Any ideas on places that rent either enclosed or open 2 car trailers? Or somewhere I can pick up a larger trailer at a decent price? Also, I have a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer that I want to get rid of so I can get something bigger. But I may use it to move my stuff out and then deal with the cars on a second trip.

Thanks,

Nick

Due to the price of steel going up seemingly every day, buying a new one will be expensive. I was looking at used trailers in the "Truck & trailer trader" and people want almost as much money for the used ones..

Good luck...

I have found a used 1999 35' gooseneck Kaufman 2 car hauler. Any opinions on the manufacturer? Also anyone know anything about gooseneck to 5th wheel adapters? Here is a link

Kaufman trailers are good middle of the road, the adaptors from gn to 5th wheel are the way you change them. GN is for farm trailer which see's offroad and more twisting, 5th is more for campers and stability on highway. Check your pm.

I understand what the adapters are for and which trailers typically have what, but I was wondering if anyone had used that type of adapter and how it worked for them. Also, after looking at the used price, a new one is less that $1k more. But if anyone knows of a good used 2 car wedge or ~30ft gooseneck flat bed at a reasonable price, I might be interested.

Thanks,

Nick

When you buy a new trailer you decide which you want gn or 5th wheel and they install that adaptor. You can easily change them. I have both for my trailers, but usually use the 5th wheel, it's easier to hook up.
