Ok, I am sorry to beat this dead horse. But after reading several posts about uploading photos and looking in my member area I still cannot figure this one out. Guess im a dumbedit. Can someone please give me some CLEARER instructions on posting a photo here?

I just cannot see anywhere on any page related to ME, where it says "upload your photos" or something of that nature. I know to be looking in the upper right hand corner. But upper right corner of WHERE? Any suggestions would be welcome. THX

 

If you click on Member Photos then look in the gray box near the top of the page on the left and there should be a "My Gallery" button.

Click on that, and it links to YOUR gallery where you can upload pics by clicking on the Upload Photos button in the gray box on the right side of the screen.

Shovelhead....I looked under "member photos" and looked all over the page including the top left......and I cannot find anything that says "My Gallery" on it. I looked several times. I don't know what else to do short of somebody holding my hand through the process.

Jack......Im sorry. The word that I used to describe myself came to mind in my frustration with this, in what should be a simple process. And, I thought I had modified the word somewhat. Sorry, it won't happen again......Thx.

Try it again.
You had "Remember Username and password" turned off in your profile.
The way you had it, you would've had to login in on each page of the site.
Now, the software can remember you as you go from page to page.
So, try it again. This time you should see "MY Gallery"

I will try to post some photos later when I have more time. But at least I know how to get to it now.

 

Ok, I've got all that... but I tried to post a pic earlier in a thread and noticed there wasn't a place to add an attachment. Then I saw this at the bottom:

I looked at what I could think of in my settings, but didn't see how or where to turn it on. Is it something I did? Because I used to be able to add attachments...

 

Attachments are temporarily another victim of the site growth vs server load problem.

 

Oh ok. I thought maybe there was something I had done...

I saw a few days ago I couldn't use the search tool and read last night about it being affected because of site work, so that makes sense. Thanks.

the pics are JPEG files. what is going on?

 

I was just in there and uploaded my truck pics and it worked fine-maybe the size of the picture? Also pending approval-x-rated photos of truck! No personal avatars-yeah Jack!
