You have to resize that picture. If your photo editing program say's something like keep proportional, make the first number 80 and it should work. If not, just keep playing with it. How big is your pic now.

I'm still trying to figure it out. I have resized and reconfigured but nothing. It just wont let me use any picture I have. I have used it on another site too so that really confuses me.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 65 by 65 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

I'll bet that the image also has to be either a GIF or a JPG as well.

I have a tip. Go to other forums, they usually have some interesting ones.

You might try www.siriusbackstage.com

Right click and save to somewhere, then come back here and upload. That way you can skip the editing step if you are confused by the resizing.

You haven't answered. How big is your picture. Are you getting the "Image is to big" messege.

Did you try to down load it to this site. I don't see it in your gallery.

I resized the picture to 65 then 50 the 40 but no good. Yes I'm still getting the image is to big message. Do I have to download it special to this site? Does it have to be in my gallery?

Have you tried one of the other avatar's just to see if it will work.

It say's you can download your custom avatar from your machine, so I guess it doesn't have to be in your gallery. That might explain why mine isn't in my gallery.

If you want, private messege me you email and I will send you my avatar pic and you can try that just to see if it will work.

EDIT:

I just changed mine. At first when I made the pic 65 x what ever, it was too big. Then I changed it to 40 x what ever and it worked. Try making it real little just to see if it will accept it. Then, if it does, upsize from there.
