I've been actively looking at this site for a couple of years and became a member where I could post questions and provide prevelant (at least in my mind) responses in Jan 04. This whole site rocks and the people are great. The amount and of information is overwhelming at times, but is presented well and the folks providing it go out of their way to lend a hand. Kudo's to everyone, but my hat off to Shovelhead and all the others behind the scenes that make this happen!! It almost seems as an extended family with personalities of the members making themselves known over time.


Now the question, what formula is used to determine a members status (Junior, Member, Senior) ? Just curious

I forgot to give a special thanks to TOP (Larry Ellis) for all his efforts as well.

I thought post counts had a play in determining the title but how many posts equal which level? If you think unscrupulous folks will just continually post things like

Kudos to Jack Thorpe who has pretty much single-handedly funded and WebMastered the existance of this site on the 'Net.

I'm one small player on a great team of Administrators and Moderators that try to keep this site growing without losing the "Family" atmosphere.

Also gotta give props to the very knowledgable members of our site who helps us help you.

I know I missed a lot of other folks that make this the great site it is. My apologies to those folks. Can't believe I forgot to mention Jack (Hope all is back to normal with your dog ). Keep up the great site. BTW a donation for the server will be heading your way in the near future. I figure I've saved at least 3 hours labor charges from advice received from this site on just my starter issues alone (replaced contacts). Of course if I were to offset that against the costs of the BOMBing done to date and I'll never be in the black

Frivolous posting is usually in the "other" section, so it doesn't count as a post.

The other sections are usually helpful posts, so they count.

Most around here don't care about post counts anyway, unlike some other boards
