Never understood how those things work. If they're not hosted somewhere, they don't show up right?

Well....There is a way to do it (if they aren't hosted by a forum).
You have to Copy/Paste the URL (from where it IS hosted) and Post it as an Image.

I believe there is a provision with in the vBulletin software to ADD Emotioncons to a forum's database. Not sure though.... If there is, then it's simply up the a forum's Owner/Admin Team if the choose to do it.

Which we choose not to at this time.... we're really focused on relevent content here more than we are smiles and cutsy kinds of avatars etc. I understand that people like to personalize and that is great. I have my own personal avatar, but sometimes it gets out of hand so at this time, we feel the mix of smilies and avatars is appropriate.
