Forum help/possibly I.T help ????

If I am anywhere but home the DTR site works fine, but when im at home I get some error message and it will not load ? I am not very computer smart,lol...

Ive used it from work, hotels, etc all over the country with no problems. Will not load at home though...I forgot the message I get when at home.I can get the message if its needed to help me.

Thanks, I live in the sticks and have to use hughs net...I use other diesel forums and several dirt bike forums with no problems....

Any thoughts ?

Thanks
JC

I think there was another user here that at one time had an issue accessing this site with Hughs Net, but I can't remember what the fix was.

Posting that error message will undoubtedly help in diagnosing the problem too.

Sorry I'm not more help to you, but someone else here will be I'm sure!

I also remember what chaikwa is saying. What ISP do you have?

Try clearing out your cookies, and make sure you have the most recent version of whatever web browser you are running.

it is a problem with the way your hughes net browser is set up, follow this simple procedure to fix it.

Go to your System Control Center.

Click on the wizard next to "What do these controls mean?" in the gray toolbar.

On the left hand side click "Turbo Page."

Then "Turbo Page Configuration."

Then "Disable."

Then "Submit."

This will fix Hughes's issue for you.
