when i try to upload pictures it only gets half or quarter of the picture. on the last one i waited like 2 minutes, does it take longer? Am I doing some thing wrong? please help! P.P. could you delete all my pixs i have done, there should be 4 of them, they are all half pixs. Thank you.

I had the same problem with one of mine while trying to upload on a dial-up and I got the same result as you. The best thing to do is resize the pics, smaller pics will take less time to upload. The other option is to wait until the larger pics finish loading, and don't click the mouse or hit any keys until the screen changes to let you know it's finished. <br> It may be such a thing that the program may time out before it is finished uploading also,,,,, I'm just guessing on this though. The best bet, is to make your pics a smaller size and I don't think you will have any problems. If you do have problems,,,, send me a PM or post here and I will see if I can do them for you. <br><br><br>Dennis

 

tried to make them smaller, but I guess I don't know how to do it right. I let it go and it says my pix are to big. Smallest one is 614 kb. any help? I will E-mail you a picture, you see what you can do with it! Thanks

looks good!! Now, what am I doing wrong? Should I be takeing the pictures closer to what I am trying to shoot? and how did you get that picture smaller, because I have about 7 more I would like to post. ;D

I used a Microsoft Picture It 2000 program that came free when I had a roll of regular film put on a disk at Walmart. I don't have a digital camera and I'm just learning about this stuff myself, so I'm not much help. Take a look futher back in this forum and look for a topic on picture resizing. It was talked about not too long ago. Click here for one of them and Here's another that have some info from other folks.
You can email me the other pics if you can't get them resized and I will do them like I did the first one. But,,,, do me a favor and mail them one at a time. I will try to get them in your photo album for you. (It may take a while due to me working 16 hour shifts)

thanks for all the help, rattlinram! I went in to my pictures proccessor and was able to make my pix smaller, and got them all downloaded tonight. Thanks again for all the help!
