*** did i do

the time is different when people posted. says posted 39 minuites ago for example. also, posts arent showing as read (staying bold) how do I fix this?

Jacks been doing a bunch of updates and stuff, so stuff might be a bit screwy, he should chime in here soon at let you know.

With the new version of software, the posts are no longer cookie based as far as when you read 'em. It's now database driven and as soon as you read the post, it stays read.

Hmmm, I seem to be to old a dog for new tricks, and I don't take well to change. It is confusing me as to what is new, not new, read or not read. I guess given time I will learn to figure it out.

As soon as you click on a thread/post, the system is going to mark it read. Once it's marked read, it will stay that way until a new post is added.

I dont know its still funky the way it refreshes. Some posts Ive read or even posted in go to the first post in the thread even though I clicked on the little arrow.....

You're losing me here. The system sorts with oldest post first, most recent post last.

OK. Lets say 10 hours ago I posted in a thread. Now I'll come back online and click on the post I replied to (by using the little blue arrow/check mark) so it would usually take me to the next post after mine, sometimes it goes right to the first post in that thread.

Also, posts with no new replys are still showing up in bold twards the bottom of the forum page

Press CTRL-F5 to clear the cache for AJAX and see if that cures your problem.
