Where do I mount this train horn?

I got my train horn in yesterday. That thing is huge! There is no way it's going under the hood. Anyone know a good place to mount it?

I've seen people mount them under the bed on the opposite side of the fuel tank.

I held it up there and it faces the back of the cab. Do you think it will be too loud in the truck? I don't want to scare myself into an accident. HE HE HE

My bed space is already limited because of the tool box and the gooseneck hitch.

I mounted mine under the passenger seat on the frame rail, already a hole there clean through, threaded pipe fitting through the frame and into the base of the horn, thats all that holds it in place, threaded pipe fitting on the inside of the frame snugged up, and the air line running to it from the control valve. 3/8th shop line, 200 psi on tap courtesy twin viair 380c compressors feeding an 8.5 gallon tank. btw, click on the word horn in my sig to see the horn, and look in my gallery for pics of the install, never mind the single compressor, as that is no longer.

A friend of mine mounted his on his tool box facing rearward. I think it looks pretty good there and can serve as a nice gentle reminder to tailgaters that you like to have your space
