As you are all very aware, advertising dollars are very important for a web site such as this one to remain open.

This revenue is what allows DTR to remain free for everyones enjoyment, and without our sponsors we would not remain online very long.

For a very long time now, we have allowed people to post their signatures with basically anything they wanted, including their business affiliation's or their favorite vendor. This was not by design, but rather we just did not enforce the rules as well as we should have.

As a courtesy to the great people who sponsor dieseltruckresource.com, we are going to begin enforcing this rule 100%. This means if you have anything in your signature relating to your business, and you are NOT a paying advertiser with DTR, then please remove it immediately.

If you ARE a Paying advertiser, you can leave your business information in your signature and you may discuss your product's in the forum when asked about them.

Other vendors may not post information in the forums in any manner that can be construed as an ad or attempt to make their products know on this forum.

In the following weeks Myself and the other Moderators, will be notifying people that we find in violation of this rule, and I strongly urge everyone to read the site rules again so we don't have any conflicts.
