All kidding aside, congrats buddy. There's something about those little girls that flat out wrap you around their little fingers.

I just cant get over how chubby her little cheeks are. Both my boys were relative small and she looks like a little sumo wrestler.
I just wanna keep squishing her cheeks and Tel keeps getting mad at me for it. She looks a lot like Conner, a whole lot. Just with bigger cheeks. They are startin to get a little smaller this morning, I guess she was just all puffy. I aint slept much, trying to let Momma sleep as much as possible. I gotta spoil that lil girl before I have to head back to work, which will be entirely too soon.....

Congrats on the healthy baby girl!!!! I know 1st hand just how quick they can wrap you around their finger. My 2 yr old tells me on a daily basis that she wants to ride in a "big truck"....she loves the look of a flat-top Pete....how can any dad not be proud of that??? She also tells me that she wants to drive my big truck (the '03 Cummins in my sig)....looks like I better start saving all the extra pocket change I can find
.
Again, glad to hear all are doing well!!!!

Congratulations Blake! She's a good lookin' little girl.
Won't be long before you'll have to be having quiet little conversations with young men....
This will help....

And yes, I know that song well. It has now taken on a whole new meaning.

Ella is doing so well. Im really blessed to have three young uns that are so perfectly healthy. Chauntel is already out of bed, walking the halls, and ready to go home. Hell of a trooper for having a section and a tubal not quite 36 hours ago.
Hes my lil girl all dolled up in pink, with a full lil belly and sleeping so sound.

Neat Stuff! Like I said last week, I can't believe it was delivery time already.
Blink your eyes a few times and those kids will be all grown up.
Glad things went well and congrats!

Back to work for a week, and really really homesick right about now. Heading home this afternoon. Cant wait to see my little girl.
Working away from home sucks at times.

Blake, I know first hand what working away from home is like.....and yes, it sucks bad.....especially when you have a new one at the house!! As you know already, spend as much time with them as you can because, like the phrase says.....time flies....and before you know it you'll be implementing that form from an earlier post
!!!!!! Spend as much time with them as you can bud because you'll never get that time back and it's worth everything you miss in between. My previous and prior job cost me 5 yrs of my sons life and I regret every minute of it.....jr. high football/baseball games....it still makes me sick knowing that I wasn't there to see it. I made a promise to myself that that same thing isn't going to happen with my daughter....I've already gone back to school to help that situation and see that it doesn't happen again.

They are working on a portfolio to promote her studio, and she wanted to do some shots of Ella. Tel surprised me with this, seeing as how the boys have pics with my hat, they took this one. They dont like the results too much and want to take others. I think it came out pretty good.
My lil princess.

She is gorgeous Blake and the picture is very good too. But I can understand what they're talking about, wanting to take others. The composition is good, but the black thing she's laying on is too obscure and not immediately recognizable. And there's a bit too much of it. It detracts from the precious little subject of the photo itself by making the observer wonder what it is she's laying on. It's almost as if the black thing and Ella are competing for the leading role of the photograph.
