My brother Jim had a black lab that hated peas. One day after hunting, he said "watch this". He mixed up a big bowl of dog food, table scrap meat, all drenched in gravy, and carefully added 4 peas and mixed them in. That dog wolfed it all down in about 45 seconds, and left 4 perfectly clean peas in the bottom of the bowl.

Kids are like that too, STOP PICKING AT YOUR FOOD !!
As for blowing chunks out the nose, I do it too. Really messes with the in laws.
My doorbell didn't work when I moved in so I hooked the button to 110. That worked for a while, but now people just knock.
