Greetings and please stand back while I blend, and Broo00 the PHoo00.
This special suit I am wearing is not just for looks.

ofcMarc, I have been trimming down as well. Got up to 325 after I peaked at competing in strongman. I stopped competing and kept the diet. SeeFood diet. I am now under 300 and my goal is a magic number that I held for 16 yrs...252lbs. Once I get there I will decide if more needs to fall off.
We don't have JR High here. I finished the 8th grade weighing 190 and started the 10th grade at 245 lbs and stayed there well into my early 20's. Then held 252 up to about 38-40 yrs old. Decided that mass moves mass and went up to the 295 mark. Just had a physical this week. BP is 98/66 HR is 58. Good Cholesterol is high and bad is low. With these results and turning 47 in May, I feel that the time is now to shed the weight as opposed to waiting for some big problem with my health to show up to motivate me.

Food at the buffet was good. Who all is going to FiverBreakroomBobHeadquarters? I will bring him some new Speedo Lined Depends with the DTR logo embossed on them...while he is sobbing with gratitude for this amazing gift, some of you move his stuff to his 5th wheel.

Hat, I have seen some of those FLIR and other stuff too. Nice pix. The train yards and shops are cool. A friend of mine runs part of a CP Rail yard in Calgary and before all the security stuff came down, I would go out there and look at all the interesting stuff. Amazing watching one of those giant GE locomotives going across the shop above us! Another cool 'field trip' I went on was to a Nat Gas pump station manufacturer with a friend that was there to watch the dry run and observe as well as critique the build before it went to the field. That was a great learning experience too.

Evening all. Hope everyone is doing well. I had a good day at work today. Made some money. Not sure what I'm doing tonight...possibly go out, possibly stay in. It's up in the air.

What is everyone up to this evening?

Evening folks. The last 24 have been tiring. Wife and I went to see her son compete in a kayak race today. We left about 0800 and got back about 1530. I drove bus for the church last night but had to hustle at the end of the night. My daughter called, she was waiting on an ambulance because my grandson suffered a seizure. He's got an ear infection and his temp spiked. Scared her to death. He had to stay at the hospital for about 4 hours and then home. He was good today but his temp was still peaking in the 101 range. I'm going to bed early tonight.

Where? I have heard that you can stand across the room and have that thing shot at you, and they can read the dates on the dimes in your pockets...

Sorry to hear that, buddy... It's always hard when the young ones are sick.

Mornin, DTR. Not too much going on here. Hope everyone is having a good one...

Those GE's are pretty impressive, you can throw a rod and take out a cam and they keep tryin to run on the remaining cylinders! My favorites though are General Motors EMD's, the SD45's with the 3600 hp 20 cyl turbo engine are pretty darn cool. Heck anything that makes 4400 HP whether it be GE or EMD is cool.

T-rad, hope the grandson is ok!

Evening DTR, been busy today. I was gonna relax all day but I got to messin around outside and did a couple projects. Took my door panels off the truck and installed new clips in them, darn things were rattling like heck. Cleaned up in the garage, organized my tool box, washed down the floor to get rid of all the winter crud. Washed the truck too, there was alot of crud built up on it from the last snow storm. Ran into town for a little bit today to do some shoppin for the house and to get something for dinner. Made Shrimp Scampy tonight, came out pretty good. Gonna go find the beer now.

A friend I grew up with and was his Best Man at his wedding played a roll in...
Canadian Special Forces JTF2. He was around before it was actually named that doing what it is now. I managed to get a tour of some of the goodies.

These were not mounted on our old Chinook choppers.

Did you guys see the valentines day vid that my OL made for me?
I am not deserving of a woman of her caliber, I'll tell you what. She's too good for me. (I'm sure others will agree... )
