11-7 and both the gf and I aren't to excited about it. Been day or afternoons for a long time and not really 3rd shift ever. Only 3rd on OT. It's really not going to be any fun because I'll be off day when she works and she'll be off day when I work.

I think I have a problem...
There's room for all of God's creatures... right next to my mashed potatoes and beer.

Night shift checking in for the weekend. Tried to hibernate as much as I could til I found a deal I couldn't pass out on with some firewood. Not a hiccup with the Husky in this cold, except when I grabbed the wrong chain and tried cutting through 30 some inches of frozen maple. Corrected the error and we were off again. Met up with some nice loggers from down around the old family homestead that were up keeping ahead of the frost laws. Told them I was glad to see'em. Most of the local loggers were already on unemployment and there's no firewood to be had without the mills running. Bunch of short guys though, made me think of a bunch of keeblers running around the woods. As cold as it was, it was nice beeing out in the woods.

Bob, since the polarities are changing, I'll watch for some lots for you. They should be cheap with the economy this year, until others find out about the global warming anyway. You guys up north ready to have this stuff back yet.

Afternoon, DTR... I made it ok... still trying to adjust to the 14 hour difference, but I'm cool.

Gonna go out in town tonight and get some real sushi, see a sight or two. I should have internet in my room on Monday, so I'll get some pics in.

Hope every one is doing ok, I'll get in later for a little more time and see what happened while I was out.

Wow, where was I when they let the dogs out? When did you go to Japan and why and how long? Stationed there now? Wait - - do we still have any bases in Japan? Think I overslept.

Where is everyone today? Looks like the only way to get any company in here is come in around 1:30 in the morning - - no thanks. Had to put the coffee pots on, clean up the counter, I shoveled the floor but didn't mop it, did not mess with the lump of whatever in the corner. Could that be the maid hiding under that - - - that - - - ????

Lots to do today - - like Cin says - - on a mission. Grabbing my ph00 and out of here. Gotta go brave the cold weather. I might even have to wear a light jacket this morning.

Bob

3/4, I find that when I'm working nights I can get more done BEFORE I go to work than staying up after. Esspecially if you are already used to a swing shift.

Mad- Glad to see you made it and can swing by.

Gotta hang some sheetrock today if I get off my ****...... Her's a fresh pot to start the day off with.
