I have a 2007 with the 5.9L.
The 5.9L highest rating was 325 hp and 610 ft lbs from 2005 to early 2007. The 6.7L was the one that got the 350 hp.

The in tank pumps started with the 2005 models. To the original poster --> did you cycle the key on/off several times. Sometimes you have to bump the starter on the cycle to get the pump to run....

I think the relay is the culprit.

If it is wired similar to my FASS, I would replace the relay. My relay is hot, (powered direct to the battery) and is triggered by the wire from the switch when you turn on the ignition.

I agree. I always pop the oil pan plug and try to find something else to do for an hour or more to let it siphon out some of the oil in the filter so it won't run down my arm when I spin it off....
