I've got a 1998 2500 4X4 cummins. I have a 5" straight pipe right now, but i'ld really like to put stacks on it. Should i go with a single or double, and which size is the best for max sound?

 

A 7 inch single will be heard 2 towns away. Dauls will sound loud to you when your driving because one is right behind you, but they still make the same as a single. Its what you think would look good.

 

Im kind of a fan of a single stack but its really your personal opinion. Go with atleast a 6" or a 7".

I put the 7" single grand rock miter stack on mine and it is loud. sounds really good driving arround, but if you hook up a trailer you might want to consider some ear plugs. I love, the wife hates it.

 

Hey ya'all, i appreciate all the advice... I'm goin' to go the 7" miter route, but i'm not sure where to purchase one... i've searched the web and whatnot, but i'ld rather get some imput from guys that already have it...
