I recently rebuilt my WH1C on my 1995. I also put on the HTT Stage IV compressor kit while I did that. I had the shaft and wheels balanced by HTT, checked the thrust with a dial indicator, and put it back together. When it was back together it spun very easy with no rubbing or anything like that. Now that I have it back on the truck everything sounds good when I'm driving it. When I shut the truck down the turbo sounds normal while it is slowing down, then when you can't hear the turbo anymore I can hear a slow clicking noise when it is almost done spinning. I'm thinking that it might be the turbine wheel coming into contact with the heat shield. What do you guys think, and have any of you had this happen to you? Thanks
