Turbo timer fixed now no psi?

My turbo timer wasn't working. I replaced the edge juice with a new one (from edge). It works again but now what I turn the key off the engine stays running but the airdog turns off, which in turn gives me a 1psi fuel reading. ***?

I'll bet you are tapped into a keyed source for power to the relay trigger, right?

If so, you need to be tapped into the ECM harness that went to the original lift pump.

Are you refering to the airdog or the edge (turbo timer)

where on the ecm harness do i tap at?

Jeff5886 07-20-2009 08:26 PM

After looking at how the airdog was connected i found that the power it get comes from the battery. The other connection plugged right into the ECM via the old fuel pumps electrical harness. So in theroy it should be controlled by the ecm the same way that the original fuel pump was. Also just to be sure I turned the engine offand left the key in accessory mode ans the airdog still doesn't stay running, so that rules out the idea that it is tapped into a keyed fuse. So why would it stop running when I turn the key off and the engine stays running?

Isnt it the #9 fuse it should be getting its power from to keep it running after the key is turned off?

Jeff5886 07-21-2009 03:20 PM

I have the edge turbo timer wire connected to that fuse...

Mopar_Man 07-21-2009 03:21 PM

What i ment was i think the pump needs to be hooked to that also to keep it running wile the key is off.

Jeff5886 07-21-2009 03:23 PM

The you mean the hot wire for the pump? The only connections to the pump besides ground are hot to the battery and the plugin to the ecm.....are you saying i should tap the hot into the fuse 9

Mopar_Man 07-21-2009 03:24 PM

I think something needs to be conected ther to keep the pump on, I could be wrong but I think thats how my FASS is hooked up.
