Towloc Programming

Just installed a towloc and BD brake. Towloc is set up with its default settings, was wondering if anyone is running one and if you changed the programming with a laptop. If so, what settings did you change, and did it improve the performance of transmission and exhaust brake?

I changed almost all of it main thing was I set the tc to lock at 30 and the brake to work down to 30 also set the downshift in both modes I thank at 50.
Those were the main things if you want to know more just ask the specifics.

Thanks. I'd like to make the brake come on harder than it does, and keep braking down to around 25 or 30 mph. I'm not really sure just what all you can control with the lap top, but I wish it would downshift or something to brake harder. It runs out of braking power below about 40. It needs to drop down to second gear, I think, to work better, but I don't know if you can program it to do that.

Well not to be a smart Edit or anything but did you read the programming guide. For the down shift it can be set to go from 4th to 3rd that’s all. As for making it brake harder I don’t know but I bet you have to set the brake its self.
