When I sold mine on ebay, I actually made a profit on them. So I'd do it for sure! I originally bought them so I could put Jammer 5 nozzles on them since they had brand new bodies. I decided that I could probably sell them for more than I paid for them and that my old stock bodies were probably smoother on the internals due to 200,000 miles of diesel fuel being pushed through them.

Long story short I have jammer 5's on my stock bodies and made a 20 dollar profit on those injectors when I sold them.
