Thermo-Tec turbo and exhaust wrap?
I have several rolls that i have not used. I am planning on wrapping my downpipe with one roll to reduce some noise. It should reduce temps a little, if you have an open air intake it will have more benefit.
Make sure not to wrap the turbo where the bearings are.

Some time ago there were a couple of threads on sound reduction and part of it was wrapping the turbo and down pipe to reduce noise and temps. The threads were about noise reduction so if you do a couple of searches you may find them. As I recall there were some pretty good photos too.

Wrapping stuff will help hold heat in and reduce underhood temps.
BUT!
If you live in an area that gets lots of road salt, then it will rot your turbo or manifold away-- the stuff holds salt against the metal.
Better to coat the manifold and turbine housing-- then wrap it. The coating will prevent corrosion and you'll have TWO layers of insulation.
