How come the DTT isn't still going or under warranty.

ncdodgeman20 07-27-2008 06:25 PM

I know of quite a few friends that have DTT's and have nothing but good things to say about them?

dzlfarmboy 07-27-2008 06:55 PM

I'd be callin up to Olee, I cant believe that you never got any warranty on your DTT just because an installer didn't do it.

yea i got to ccall him myselfe tommorw. i dont know all i know is this sucks!

Diesel Doc 07-27-2008 07:02 PM

sounds like it could be a warped/ damaged vb. it's not too common but it does happen.. I have seen tranies that work perfect till they get hot and the valves start sticking.
From what dealings I have had with him Olee is a great guy. He has helped me out over the phone when he didn't have to waste his time.
I hope you get this straightened out.

yea olee is a great guy it just iam getin tired of haveing to go trough this and i love this trasnny everything about it is great its just iam really not giveing it a hard tyime and i just keep haveing problems you know!

I hear ya problems like that can drive you crazy. Check the valves in the valve body for any sign of scuffing next time. I have a fealing it is in the vb.

Don't know how your stuff was put together, but total loss of OD under all conditions can be as simple as a boost valve.

I don;t know Olee personally, but he has been helpful the few times I have called him on the phone.
