Stumbles at 2500 rpm
Drove the 2000 Dodge today and for some reason at about 2500 rpm it is stumbling. My Edge is reading 0 fuel pressure. But the truck starts and runs fine up to 2500 rpm. Im going to hook up my manual fuel pressure gauge but has anyone had this problem? It has a BLUECHIP injection pump and AIRDOG 150 lift pump not 3 years old. Thanks!

If your Edge says 0psi for fuel pressure I wouldn't be driving it at all for fear of taking out that pricey BlueChip FP. The FP will suck fuel and run the truck without the LP working and will destroy itself in short order due to lack of cooling flow of fuel. Troubleshoot your lack of fuel pressure. Hopefully just loose wiring or something equally as simple to fix.
Good Luck and keep us posted!
Cheers!

Yeah, Just checked it out and its the AIRDOG lift pump died. No time on this pump at all. Can't believe it only lasted a few years of local driving but it is what it is. Think I'll get a FASS system this time. Thanks for the reply.

I have been through several Air Dog pumps.
They don't last as long as they used to.
When the LP starts to sound "loud" I know they are dying.
