Stacking Modules

Hi there: Looking for some opinions on stacking an old Vanaaken box which only connects into the VP44 harness along with an Edge Comp box. Pros/cons anybody?????? and what kind of power gains can a guy expect over and above just the Comp box by itself. Did a search on this topic and got answers on both sides of the fence, anybody have anything new to add???

Both boxes control timing and therefore won't stack.
