Southbend Clutch

Well I am on my second clutch the last one went for ten years so off we go again with another, a con OFEK flywheel and all. When i installed this one I could tell it just wasn't right and sure enough I walked right through it. I contacted Ryan at southbend and after sometime ( I was on holidays when this happened) I nursed it home and had southbend send me another one, on taking it out I found it was a bad pressure plate. Ryan was a real help he refunded my cost and would have had flew one out to me when it happen, that's what i call warranty plus. I said no and made it home to repair, just don't trust out of town shops, All I can say SouthBend is number one in my books.................... Thank You

That is why ALL my Cummins trucks get South Bend clutches.
The service after the sale is awesome.
I had a friend buy a double disk clutch from them.
I less than a month he snapped the input shaft on his NV-4500.
He wanted to install a bigger input shaft, which meant the clutch needed to be re-hubbed to fit the new, bigger input shaft.
South Bend said send it back, and they re-hubbed it and even paid to send it back to him for free.
That is over the top service, in my book.

Calling Lary up at the DTR store, and getting one sent out is really easy too.

They've got a OKHD they offer that has additional all organic material and it shares the pressure plate with the 3250 DD. Smooth and quiet.
Mine won't slip in 5th,camper load and Smarty on sw#7.
