Mine does that too! So I had to install the BD Rad.
Revo stacked with ADR helped me get in the 7ths.

8.18 without Smarty Revo, 7.99 with REVO SW#9 6,1,6 (my duration goes to 6, but everyone else says they go to 5 for some reason)

Smarty helps a lot with 60´ time and the ET is better even if the Smarty still kills the top end. Dynoing would be different though.

my friend with a 3rd gen had the same problem with boost. he was running the revo tune and was only getting 30 psi so he reloaded the tune now works fine. have you tried that?
