silencer ring??
 

Ok i've seen alot of guys sigs say silencer ring remover what is this??? and what do you gain by removing this??? does it hurt anything to romove it???

All it is is a ring that comes in your stock turbo that helps quiet down the the whistle. They are held in by a lil snap ring. Lots of guys take them out so they can hear the turbo whistle louder. Doing this wont harm your turbo in any way. Cummins even said it was just for sound reduction and it is perfectly fine if you remove it.
