Sidepipe Anyone???

Everyone always puts stacks on truck or has the exhaust exit out the rear like stock, anyone ever throw a sweet 4 or 5 inch side pipe on there truck??

I think it would look sick and if the truck is high enough it would be perfectally aimed at a small cars window lmao!!

Dual 5in, had them for about 4 years. Small pic in avatar. And your spot on with the small car comment!

yes i have seen a guy runnin side pipes on his 2nd gen 2500 in Tacoma they almost look like crome steps till you look closer and they sound great. He does have a little lift too so the pipes are aimed right at cars.

This is where my exhaust exits. Seems fairly low in this picture due to the snow though. I had it coming straight out to the side for a bit, but then put a little down elbow on it later on.

4" downpipe cut short about where it would normally bend to aim towards the back of the truck, y-pipe with flex pipe to each side, 5in stack on each side.

There was a guy on cummins forum that put side pipes down his 6.7. He also built them to serve as steps as well. Did all the fab work himself and they look amazing.

I had an exhaust that exited before the rear tire, it made the rear tire and wheel black all the time so I got rid of it.

I had two different side pipes. The first one kinda followed the body and turned out (like old school lake pipes0 the last one was like the above pictured flatbed. both were fun. I like the last one better (it also threw smoke farther) There is a pic of the first one i had in my gallery blowin smoke hooked to the sled.
