getting ready to do twins on dad's truck and just wondering where to mount the pyro when you flip the manifold upside down on top or bottom? also, does it matter? thanks!

 

I just did mine, its on the top (used to be the bottom) in the center section were 5/6 come in, just past the flange. Hope that makes sense

 

I flipped my manifold for twins and the pyro is on the underside. It still seems to be giving the correct readings between the 2 guages that i've tested.

thanks, i just didn't know if it made a difference or not.

 

It's kind of up to you, some have put it on the bottom as the hole was already there and some have put a hole in the top, it doesn't really matter just put it in the correct spot and monitor the aft cylinders.

Its probly just a matter of convenience(sp?) of being able to get to the thermo to replace or test etc. But, i guess they dont get fooled with much anyways so.
