Hi there, I am having some prolems with my Adrenaline. I have a 2000 Cummins 2500 with a standard transmission. One of the problems that I have encountered is on occassion my truck won't turn off when I turn the key off. I know I don't have a problem with my ignition switch because I changed it and it still did it. When this happens I just stall the truck to make it stop running. After I stall it and my keys are sitting on my dash out of the ignition, my intrument panle lights up and all the dingers and buzzers go off until I unplug the box and then it stops. However if I plug the box right back in it just starts dinging again. Another problem I have had that I can't adjust the power level. I usually leave it on level two, and I noticed that there have been times when I start my truck the control pod will read level zero and when I try to level up it won't let me. I push the buttons but nothing happens. I then unplug the box and plug it back in and it works. I have not jumped my truck or another vehicle while my box was plugged in, however I did charge my batteries. Did I ruin my Adrenaline when I did this? Is there a way to fix these problems or should I take it off and throw it in the trash? Thanks for any help!

 

I had an issue with my adrenaline I havea 2000 2500 automatic call adrenaline and they will reflash it that's what I did it was free and thy put a more aggressive tune

 

The truck not shutting off sounds to be the turbo cool down feature. Try pressing the accelerator pedal down, that should shut the truck off. The other start up issue is the warm up feature.

 

Similar problem....adrenaline doesn't turn off when key/motor are turned off. Not really an issue until you have a dead battery. Now on my 2nd set of batts due to the drain. Anyone else have this issue?

Tried diff tunes, reload of tune, no turbo timer tune...etc, no fix. I use the small monitor to change the settings....can someone tell me if theirs stays on when the vehicle and ign is off? Thx
