IIRC- They both do timing, so you couldn't stack them. (I know the Comp does timing)

I got the same question about the Bank$ gauges.
My Ottomind keeps throwing a P0237 code (low boast voltage,) and then the pryo and boast gauges go nuts ... swing wildly high and low. I've talked to Bank$ about it three times now and they've never given me a clear answer, but it seems (??) that the gauges are powered through the Ottomind ... the boast gauge uses the stock map sensor, through the Ottomind, or something like that.
I'm figuring I'll have to change them ... but still not sure.

My 01 has the otto mind in it and the gauges will not work unless pluged into the Banks junk. I would say youll probably be putting a set of gauges in it. Thats what I did. And on stacking the 2, I would not do it. Both do timing and Banks says that it does not change timing alot, but they both do. Im in the process of doing the same thing, once I get the trans fixed. Gotta love Chrysler.

Well, thats kinda what I thought ... Banks keeps mumbling some about it might be their controller causing the problem (controller going bad) which is why the gauges go nuts. The people at Banks are real nice, but not very helpful

You guys must have somethig different than what I have. The boost gauge is mechanical except for the lights - just a tube from the turbo waste gate to the gauge. The EGT is the same - only needs 12V for illumination.

Do you have Banks gauges?, my pyro might work without the Ottomind, but the boast is all electric, like I said, using the stock MAP sensor.

My gauges are Banks, I got them late 98 or 99, along with Ottomind, larger turbo housing, and 4" exhaust.

You can't go wrong with Edge or TST. Ditch the Banks. You'll have a lot less heart aches.
