Opinions needed...

hey all i am getting ready to place my order for the Adren/pulse....and here is my thoughts.

soon after the box probally the next week i will be adding injectors....i already know the make and Hp of them so that is not up for debate...and the reason for the box then the injectors as you all know, i need the box for the boost fooling...

so the question is....(with this in mind, sticks are rated @ 100 but consistantly per dyno results put out 125-150) will the addition of the box and sticks heat up that stock turbo to the point of needing a replacement soon...or can i wait on the turbo to do the tranny...

i would like to do this order....box....1-2 weeks later sticks....a month or month and a half later...tranny....a few months after that turbo....but i could see the need for the turbo before the tranny....

let me know....also keep in mind...i plan on doing the vlave body/TC rather than doing a built tranny....and further info...i dont tow to much...only a few times a year and the max is a 6000-7000 boat and trailer. but i wouldnt tow with the sticks and box only cuz i KNOW that would get hot.

thanks

NCA

You do not have to run the Adrenaline on high levels if you dont awant to. Dont even have to tap the VP until you are done with other upgrades. Hard not to set the thing on kill when the power is availacble. My EGT's were fairly managable even with the stock turbo, but now the air moves at a much higher rate. Plus having the Pulse will make your life easier with all of the defuelling feature and safegards. I did all of my upgrades after installing the Adrenaline.

Only thing I'm gonna say is that chip and injectors together would be wasted until the transmission is done being upgraded. The adrenaline alone has shredded at least a half dozen autos and manuals. Adding sticks will just make the problem worse. I know you can turn the adrenaline off, but keep in mind you can't turn sticks off. Not only that, but why spend 800+ dollars to turn it off?

I'd do one or the other, transmission, and then the other.
