Well, the '97 I recently bought is on it's original pair of batteries. I was going to get a pair of Optima's but am interested in the Odyssey's as well.
Do we have a quantity/price breakdown yet, so we can know the prices before committing to a purchase?

A friend of mine just bought one for his car. It is hard to tell but he seems to need to charge it quite a bit, but it may be just because he is always working on his car and doesn't drive it much. None the less I'm surprised with a battery as small and light as it is that it can start the car over and over again and doesn't sound like it minds it. I just hope it is a deep cycle battery, actually looking over the site they claim as long as you charge it right they are alright for deep cycle too.

RE: Odyssey PC2150
RE Odyssey batterys

Ok,
I will fine out the details and get a price for them and pm you all Ok
The batterys are a bit pricey Just to give you fare warning
But they are worth every penny
JPittinger,
("I could eliminate one of the 50 lb bricks I have hanging out behind my front bumper.") Yes you can eliminate one of your 50 lb bricks. Mr Bob did this already with one of there used ones and it is a PC1700 that is 1700 amps at start up and is working fine, even in the snow. The PC2150 is 2150 amps at start up.
Thanks
David
