Would this kit work on a diesel truck? Will it flow enough for a highly fueled truck?

They used a nitrous system one time on the show TRUCKS! a while back on a duramax (along with propane injection) and it ran some pretty good numbers on the dyno. You can try and find some info about that show here.

But other than that, I'm not sure if it is a pro/con for our rigs.
