new isspro gauge doesn't work
 

just got the pyro installed and it doesn't work. this model has the amplifier and the 10' leadwire. has anyone had this problem or is it only me as usual.[eyecrazy]

Simply doing nothing or waving amusingly at you and telling strong tales of 1500F EGT on a frost covered engine?
Where did you get the power for the box and the pyro?

i tried power from everywhere, including the battery. I tried grounding it everywhere, including the battery. once when i disconnected the ground and reattached it the gauge actually moved a little, but that was it. man, this bums me out!

Did you try heating the sensor with a flame to see whether you get a reading or not?

it got dark before i got that far, but i was just rereading the installation procedure on the isspro site, is it possibe that you can't swap ends with the leadwire?
