Talking Need Big Injectors (Buda)

My buddy has a p pumped 24 valve that we just built, it was puking oil out the dip stick with real bad blow by. We fixed the problem it was a $5.34 vacuum pump hose. He than blew one of the tips out of his 7x0.14's. He is having to run stock injectors now. He has a htt pro street 66 with half inch fuel lines, 4'' turbo back, and more. I think this truck will make big power just not on stock injectors. If any of yall have some he can use to run on the dyno or buy when we get there that would be great.

Thanks

How do you have the P pump set-up? You may not want to go to big on the sticks as P pumps put out alot more fuel than a VP will ever dream about. But then again, its nice to have extra fuel available when you need it.

Well the truck had 7x0.14 which i think are around 200+ horses and the truck was insane once it let that 66 most the smoke cleared up, these stock ones defuel at 3k and the pump has a 4k kit in it. SO the bigger the better

Have you put in a plate and/or delivery valves? Adjusted the AFC? There lots of stuff you can adjust prior to putting in bigger sticks. Those DDP's sticks are 700+rwhp in a VP truck. I ran a set for awhile and they do make decent power. Lots of smoke and egt's, but they are about as big sticks you can get and still drive the truck. I hope that you're planning on putting in a set of twins. You could always just use a bottle to make power with all that extra fuel that will become available. Tuning is the key to get a 24v p pump truck to work.
