Question more horse and more fuel millage?

i have a 2000 5.9l cummins. im getting about 16 mpg with this and i was wondering what i should do to get more horse and also and the same time increase my fuel millage.i had a guy tell me to go with the diablo chip? anyone know anything about this? Thanks

You want to increase timing and increase your boost pressure. More fuel wont hurt economy but your foot on the pedal can. Get a chip that does timing and fuel, then put a boost elbow on your turbo. EGT and Boost gauges first!

with my set up with 37's I'm averaging around 19mpg. was over 20 with 35's

Just installed a superchip programmer, it helped mileage and low end torque. Got it used for cheap.
