MAP signal will not change
When I installed my Commander, I noted that boost pressure was always at 0 psig even on the road. I hear turbo winding up, vanes are free to rotate and not wobbley. Waste gate rod is not stuck. No codes are generating. Voltage reading indicates a constant .5 volts +-.1 vdc. Next step is to check voltage readings from the MAP signal wire on the road to see if it is indicating a higher voltage and to check actual boost pressure at discharge of turbo. Ever hear of a MAP sensor failing at 0 psig boost signal? Any thoughts or comments?

absolutely could be a failing MAP if the diagphram ruptures that reading can result. i would try removing the commander and testing with a multi-meter or digital scope. if reading is the same then MAP is defective.

Performance has not really changed but I will take the voltage readings. I wish there was a better place to get the data than off the MAP sensor wiring. Kind of a pain to reach in and put a splice connector on the signal wire. But its doable. I'm going to also check actual boost pressure at the outlet of the turbo.
Success! Connected my digital voltmeter to the MAP sensor signal wire and took truck for a spin. Got .5 to 2 vdc depending on boost pressure. Hooked to the wire at the Commander card and still got the same signal with 0 psig boost indication. Quad said my MAP signal was about right so had to RA my Commander back to them. They will fix the card or get me a new one.
