J-hook/Turnbuckle

You need to have a boost fooler to take advantage of a j-hook/turnbuckle right? Something like BD Diesel's Boost Builder...

No, I didn't. I bought a BD boost fooler and ran it for a while and then it started throwing codes so I took it off. To my surprise, I could still hit 28 boost with no codes. Maybe my truck is a freak but that's my experience with'em.
