I got my Scotty Max-flow fuel kit installed last weekend, so now I am ready to do my injectors. I have the instructions from Diesel Dynamics and all the tools necessary. Is their anything else I might need for this installation? Any pointers or tips from you veteran injector dudes? These are DD3's. I can't wait to try them out. Any help is appreciated! A 19 MM crows foot.

Torque wrenches both ftlbs and inlbs.

Use the bolts that bolt the aluminum intake hat down to pull the injectors out. They thread in the top of the injector.

Make sure you grease the copper washer on the new injectos before you install them so it doesn't fall off. Grease the oring too.

I think thats about it...

When you go to start it after you get it all done. Set the box to kill and your foot on the floor. As soon as it starts to chug let off and let it idle the air out of the lines.

O ya, check for leaks. The torque on the injector lines into the head is critical. You might have to go more then 30 ftlbs to get them to seal.
